Expecting a Rainbow Gift Package Giveaway

There are so many things that I love about the community here at Still Standing Magazine!  It is a constant place for support and encouragement ~ a safe haven for the broken, a companion for the dark and quiet hours when the world is asleep.   Even after almost five years after the stillbirth of my daughter, I know that I can click away and find a story I can identify with.   And more than that, it is a place where it is alright to be exactly where you are in your grief journey.  You may be devastated and raw or you may be walking a path towards healing.  We all fit in one way or another.

I have taken the last six months off as I moved across the country.  I am not going to lie, it has been messy and hard.  It hurt to leave the home where memories of my daughter live.  And if I am honest, it was also a bit of a relief.  Starting over in a new state, a new house, a new environment.  I took lots of time to heal, sort through things and purge.  And as I began to settle in, I realize that this too is all part of my grief story.  I am in a new place.  A place of healing and hope.

So, in the spirit of HOPE and healing, I am giving away my new Expecting A Rainbow Gift Package.  You will have one week to enter and the entries will close on 1/21/15 at 12:00 am.  Click the Link to enter and read on for details.

Rainbow Package

Details:

This giveaway is for US residents only.  Some items in photo may be altered to accommodate winner (magnet, art).

I have had two “Rainbow Babies” and know how difficult a pregnancy after loss can be. Expecting a Rainbow Gift Package is designed with this in mind. Mama will receive something to wear (jewelry), something to carry with me (tote-bag), a keepsake (Hope art), something practical (pretty magnet), and a journal to record the journey. I am very proud of the Expecting a Rainbow journal! It incorporates spaces for all your children in one place ~ the baby that should be with you and the baby you are carrying. It is designed purposefully for anyone who has experienced one or more losses (miscarriage, stillbirth, and infant loss). These are spaces for the big brother(s) and sister(s) whose lives were all too short, but no less real.

Expecting A Rainbow Gift Package includes:

1. Environmentally Friendly 100% natural 12 oz. cotton tote with beautiful patchwork rainbow image {created from 6 of my paintings} printed on BOTH sides. Tote measures 19x15x6 inches (47x39x12 cm) ~ Value $25

2. Expecting A Rainbow Keepsake Journal. See details here ~ https://www.etsy.com/listing/159518830/journal-rainbow-baby-diary-scrapbook?ref=shop_home_active_4 ~ Value $45

6. ‘Hope’ mixed media art (custom art may appear different than listed image). Rest assured, you will receive a stunning custom and original mixed media art piece with ‘Maven’ on it. Due to demand and what inspires me, your artwork may have different colors and textures, but will be a wonderful celebratory piece. Only available in this gift package. Art will measure 4×6 inches or 5×7 inches (due to availability). Value $25

7. Adjustable easel to display ‘Maven’ art simple. Value $5
