Found Still Standing via Now I Lay Me Down To Sleep (a Facebook post, I believe).
I heard about I’m Still Standing on Facebook. It has been a great resource for me and I love the daily posts from different writers. I’m a baby loss momma since 2010 when my Rebecca was born with Hypo Plastic Left Heart Syndrome and a rare genetic disorder. We didn’t know about the genetic disorder before she was born, but plans were in place to rework her heart through multiple surgeries. The combination of the 2 syndromes made her too sick to even operate once. She was born April 6 and passed April 7 of 2010. In March of this year I had an early miscarriage. My husband and I have 2 beautiful daughters with us on earth, Savannah is 5 and Angelena is 10 months. I’m so grateful for this magazine
I found out about this magazine on Face Book, Carly Marie put a link about it. I love reading the writers stories. They help – I lost my son just before xmas and since had an ectopic pregnancy, the stories help me understand I am not alone in my loss and grief – and like this magazine – Im still standing, everyday i waken to a new day, I try to be positive about my future and hope that someday I have a baby to hold. x
